Privacy Policy and Cookie Data Processing

1. General Provisions

This document defines the policy of JSC KNPP "HELICOPTERS-MI" (hereinafter - the Company) regarding the processing and confidentiality of personal data and information and sets out the basic principles regarding the processing of such information. The Policy also explains how the Company processes and protects personal data of subjects and other user information.

The Policy regulates relations between the Company and:

  1. Any individual (applicant, employee of the Company, representative of the client and other persons specified in paragraph 3 of the Policy) regarding the processing of personal data of such persons provided to the Company;
  2. Any individual, individual entrepreneur and legal entity, website users (hereinafter - User, You) regarding the processing of personal information provided by the User and/or information collected from the User.

The Company is the Operator in relation to Personal data of persons specified in paragraph 3 of the Policy. The Company is the person processing Personal data on behalf of the Operator (Processor) in relation to User content in accordance with paragraph 4 of the Policy.

The Policy applies to all operations for processing Personal data performed in the Company, as well as to all information that the Company and/or its affiliated or other authorized persons acting on behalf of the Company may obtain about the User while using the Company's website.

The Policy is mandatory for familiarization and execution by all persons admitted to processing personal data in the Company, and persons involved in organizing processes of processing and ensuring security of personal data in the Company.

Ensuring unlimited access to the Policy is implemented by publishing it on the Company's website on the Internet at https://helicmi.ru (hereinafter - the Site).

The Policy is subject to updating in cases:

  • changes in Russian legislation on personal data;
  • identification of inconsistencies affecting the processing and (or) protection of personal data, based on the results of monitoring compliance with requirements for processing and (or) protection of personal data;
  • by decision of the Company's management.

2. Basic Terms

  1. Personal data (PD) - any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable individual (personal data subject);
  2. User content - any information posted/uploaded (entered) by the User on the site, including:
    • personal data (personal or third parties);
    • data that is stored and processed through the use of the site, such as text messages, form filling data on the site, etc.;
  3. Personal information - information that the user independently provides to the Company when performing actions on the site. Information is provided by the User filling out the relevant forms, while the volume of information provision when filling out optional fields of the specified forms is determined by the User independently.

Other terms not defined above may be used in this Policy, the interpretation of which will be carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (hereinafter - the Law).

3. Processing of Personal Data by the Company as an Operator

3.1. Legal grounds for processing Personal data.

The Company, being an Operator, processes Personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Implementation of labor relations, including provision of social guarantees and benefits provided for by labor legislation;
  2. Conducting personnel records, maintaining personnel documentation;
  3. Ensuring security of the Company, its employees and other persons;
  4. Compliance with the requirements of Russian legislation;
  5. Implementation of other functions provided for by Russian legislation.

4. Processing of Personal Data by the Company as a Processor

The Company may process personal data of website users in the following cases:

  1. When filling out forms on the website;
  2. When subscribing to newsletters;
  3. When contacting the support service;
  4. When using interactive features of the website.

5. Categories of processed personal data

The Company may process the following categories of personal data:

  • Surname, first name, patronymic;
  • Contact information (phone, email);
  • Position and place of work;
  • Other data provided voluntarily by the user.

6. Use of cookie files

6.1. What are cookie files
